      • I am writing this letter to inform you that I purchased five flight tickets of K-Coach class for a flight of your airlines through Premier travels and tours located in Jaffna, Sri Lanka for going to Singapore on March 26th as I planned to travel with my family. But, unfortunately my Toronto to Colombo ticket cancelled because of coronavirus so I don’t want to take a risk with my three kids. I cannot go according to plan. I request you to cancel the tickets and refund my payment. If you want I can submit my Toronto to Colombo ticket cancel confirmation. Sorry for the inconvenience. I shall be really thankful for this favour of yours.
