      • I have been trying to trace my lost suitcase since end of July. Airline claims to have traced it and it was being sent from Frankfurt to Larnaca on 25 July.but it never arrived. On 5 August I managed to speak to someone who thought it had been sent instead to Vienna. Since then nothing. Phones are never answered and faxes not responded to. What else can I do please.? .
