      • Hello , My flight TP1696 4.4. 12.35 from Funchal was late ower one hour and I could not go to the continued flight LH6967 15.5 from Lisbon to Munchen . So I was at night in Radison hotel , where I went by taxi and back to airport in the morning . The hotel was good and dinner excellent . I got TAXI refund and TP promised to pay back to me the costs , which are 6,65 and 8,00 euros . I could go back from Lisbon to Helsinki 5.4 strightly by Finnair flight AY1740 , departure 6:50 .       • Good luck get any money back from TAP - my refunds on two tickets for two business class flights have not yet appeared in my bank account despite numerous phone calls and emails. We cancelled Aug 4th 2021 and had to pay a penalty on one of the flights but not the other - total refund is in excess of $7000.00 and so far we have received one amount which is actually a few hundred dollars short of what it was supposed to be.
