      • I ordered my ticket from jet blue during september at my army basic training, and the return date is supposed to be on the 5th, which the receipt states. But fast forward to November, they send me an email changing my return date from 5th to 6th, that would get me charged with AWOL by army, so I had to cancel the ticket and get the refund without refunding the service fee, because the ticket has been purchased for more than 24 hours. I have to purchase it again to come back at an earlier date which there's a possibility that no one is in my AIT camp at that time. The email for the refund kept emphasizing their credit bank that I wasn't really aware of, I just hope the remaining refund can go back to my card, since I cancelled it before the flight date.
